Prototype – 3D tracking
This video shows my 3D tracking prototype that was part of my Master Thesis. During the project I’ve built several 3D interface test prototypes, you can find all videos of these prototypes here.

This download is a simplified version of the prototype you see in the video above (the final version was too messy).
You need 2 cameras and a pen with 2 tracking points to run this vvvv patch. I used a red and blue LED for color tracking. more details about the pen are here.
These are the additional vvvv modules I’ve used in the final prototype:
- CameraAndTarget by ampop
- arduino+firmata by Hans-Christoph Steiner
- Roentgen Shader by gregsn
